The bag we needed didn’t exist, so we created it.
Monica Zwirner and Lucy Wallace Eustice founded MZ Wallace in Soho, New York, with a simple goal — design that does more, so you can do more.

"We started MZ Wallace after searching for, and not finding, something that seemed so obvious and necessary — a bag that would allow for every aspect of our busy lives, that we could use all day, every day, all year round."
– Lucy Wallace Eustice

"There were a lot of bags in the marketplace, but there wasn’t one that worked for people like us, people who traveled and worked and had small children. We needed bags that could go from day to night, from the office to evening plans or errands. That need was our inspiration and still is today."
— Monica Zwirner

“A powerful lifestyle brand that appeals to working women, travelers, and fitness enthusiasts — MZ Wallace isn’t aiming to be on top of the trends, but to outlast them.”
