What items can I get personalized?
Currently, there are only 2 styles available for customization: our Metro Clutch and new Large Metro Clutch.
Can I change the color of my personalized Metro Clutch?
You’ll have to remove the incorrect color/item from your basket and start over with the desired color.
Is there a character limit for the personalization text?
Yes, there is a character limit for the personalization text. The character limit differs across each font size. See below:
Metro Clutch:
Small font size: up to 14 characters per line
Medium font size: up to 5 characters per line
Large font size: up to 3 characters
Large Metro Clutch:
Small font size: up to 18 characters per line
Medium font size: up to 6 characters per line
Large font size: up to 4 characters
Will I be able to see my design before submitting the order?
Yes, you will see a mockup of your design.
Can I use my Rewards Points on a personalized Metro Clutch?
Yes. MZW Rewards can be redeemed on a personalized item.
How long will it take to receive my personalized item?
Each personalized item is machine-embroidered to order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for embroidery on top of the standard shipping time.
Can I order this online and pick it up in store?
Buy online and pick-up in store is not available for personalized items.
What is your return policy on a personalized item?
Due to the nature of the personalization, all sales are final for these items.
