Unfortunately, I had a problem

"Unfortunately, I had a problem with the tennis bag. I absolutely love everything about it, except that the pocket on the back which is where I put my wallet and glasses and other essentials has an excessive amount of fabric in it, and it kept getting caught in the zipper. It eventually got caught in the zipper and would not open or close anymore. However, customer service was excellent and I did return the bag."
