Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will accept a return of unused merchandise in the original condition (including any original accessories, such as, straps, pouches and charms) within 21 days of the original delivery date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Uncomfortable for laptop use

"I bought this bag to take on a five day business trip so I could carry my laptop. While I did benefit from the luggage sleeve. It's just too heavy to put over your shoulder with a laptop. And the bag doesn't have any structure so it sags around the laptop and doesn't look good. I ended up ordering the Crosby frame backpack (10"x13. 8") for my laptop so I can carry it more comfortably and have the laptop fit more snuggly. I think this is a great bag for a weekend trip or to stay at a friend's house overnight, but I really don't need a bag like this for that. It was a very expensive mistake. If you're not looking to carry your laptop, it is a beautiful bag and I do recommend it because there's lots of space, excellent compartments, spaces for your water bottles and eyeglass cases on the outside side pockets, and it's beautifully made."

"This is the perfect size and perfect organization for my toddler diaper bag. I seriously could not have designed a better bag. "Fabulous bag! I needed a good work bag to fit all my files, computer and other items. I did buy a separate computer zipper sleeve which gives extra protection for my computer. Thoughtful zippered pockets. Love the inside pouch pocket at the inside end of the bag for my computer glass case. The leather handles are comfy and stay nice on the shoulder. Love it. Please remove metal zipper on back

"I really want this bag as it’s perfect in every way for my traveling EXCEPT for the metal zipper on the back. I won’t buy any bags with a zipper on back because it’s rough on clothes. Please consider a future one without the back zipper. I ordered the Crosby Getaway to try instead. It’s the only other one with leather handles. The others slip off my shoulder unfortunately."
