Submitting an Online Repair Request
Once we’ve received your request, we'll evaluate it to determine if your item is repairable, and if so, whether or not your repair is covered by our repair policy.
A Customer Care team member will email you following our evaluation with the next steps to proceed in processing your repair (including a cost estimate if it is not covered by our policy).
Please note, we are currently only able to accommodate repairs for customers living in the United States. At this time, we do not repair, refurbish or replace leather parts.
