Best most functional backpack

"I never leave reviews and have many many MZW bags. But this back pack, it is the most functional bag that I own. I use it for work and will probably use on trips as well. I bring my personal laptop and my work laptop back and forth every day and this stores both safely. I also love all of the pockets and compartments. I have been able to leave my handbag at home during the work week and solely use this bag. Cannot say enough good things about it. I also love the handles, it makes it easy to maneuver once you take if off your back as a backpack. LOVE LOVE LOVE this bag"

I love the the three

"I love the the three strap options-- top handle, shoulder, and backpack. I only wish the bag had a tiny bit more structure on the bottom so that it would stand up and I wish the laptop compartment had a false bottom and a bit more padding. The side pockets would be more useful if they went up higher, they are quite shallow for a tall water bottle or umbrella. I think these things would be worth the bit of weight they add. It is nice how light the bag is overall compared to others I researched. It looks professional enough for the office and rugged enough for a park day with kids."

"5 star … absolutely love it. So yummy soft. So functional. Perfect! But 2 questions that I’d really like some guidance on: 1) a video or instructions on how to tuck the back straps in when you are using the shoulder straps. 2) what is the purpose/function of the 2 buckle straps on the backpack should straps (it looks like they are meant to hold something or have some special purpose which I haven’t figured out yet."
