"Great size and shape -- love the ability to "close up" the sides to make it look like a satchel and open it up for more space and a tote bag look. One one complaint, which applies to the standard tote (I have a large and a medium) is that the straps fall off my shoulder and is very annoying. Isn't there a way to give the leather in the strap provide more "friction" to keep the straps in place???"
