Uncomfortable for laptop use
"I bought this bag to take on a five day business trip so I could carry my laptop. While I did benefit from the luggage sleeve. It's just too heavy to put over your shoulder with a laptop. And the bag doesn't have any structure so it sags around the laptop and doesn't look good. I ended up ordering the Crosby frame backpack (10"x13. 8") for my laptop so I can carry it more comfortably and have the laptop fit more snuggly. I think this is a great bag for a weekend trip or to stay at a friend's house overnight, but I really don't need a bag like this for that. It was a very expensive mistake. If you're not looking to carry your laptop, it is a beautiful bag and I do recommend it because there's lots of space, excellent compartments, spaces for your water bottles and eyeglass cases on the outside side pockets, and it's beautifully made."
