  1. Unused items must be returned in original packaging within 21 days of the original delivery date.
  2. At this time, we are unable to process exchanges.
  3. Items purchased at a discount of 40% or more are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
  4. Eligible gifts can be returned for store credit only.
  5. US Returns: Returns are credited to the original form of payment and a flat fee of $8 will be deducted from your return if you choose to use of our FedEx return label. Your refund will be credited back onto the original form(s) of payment up to 7 business days of our warehouse receiving your return.

    MZW Rewards Gold and Platinum tier members: Return shipping is complimentary. (Available in the US only)

    International Returns: Returns are credited to the original form of payment and a fee will be deducted from your return if you choose to use of our international return label. Return fees differ by location and are approximately $15-$20 USD. Duty costs are included in our international return label.

  1. Please prepare the items for shipment by placing them into a box. If the original box and packing materials are available, please use them.
  2. Print this form using the button below and place it in the same box. If you created a Return Label, it will print out with the Return Authorization form. The Return Label should be secured to the outside of the box.
  3. If you do not have a printer to print the return label, you can drop it off with the tracking number at any FedEx location.
  4. Seal the box and bring it to your local shipping facility. For your convenience you can click here to find the nearest FedEx dropoff location.
