So glad I found the Crosby Hobo - it has a slim profile which I prefer, and holds its shape when I put my Kindle and all my things in it. "I love this bag. But, one of the zippers was completely stuck and would not move when I received the bag. I had the idea of using Yeti zipper conditioner to see if it would help and it worked beautifully. I read several other zipper complaints on this bad in particular before I purchased and was a bit concerned. I’m glad there was an easy solution for me. This seems like it should be a relatively easy fix in the manufacturing process or just include zipper conditioner with each purchase."
