"The Magnet Mini Crosby Backpack is the perfect size for travel. A small water bottle and book fit nicely. The detailing is gorgeous and looks good as a backpack as well as an evening bag. The zippered pockets are easy to open a close and convenient for travel documents, personal ID’s etc."
"Overall, this bag is very nice and practical - multiple ways to carry and lots of pockets. My only complaint is the shoulder strap, which is a short, thin, chain strap that doesn't seem like it will withstand wear-and-tear. Additionally, the strap is uncomfortable on my bare shoulder."
"I ordered the denim version. Saw some quality concerns that im not sure if this is normal for mzwallace quality. I emailed customer service and passive dismissive response, offered to check the quality and havent heard for 3 days and 2 emails no response. Disappointing experience since i was looking forward to the backpack"
"I’ve been using this backpack in denim for a couple of weeks and it’s gorgeous and holds a lot. What a great spring and summer bag! The chain adds a very nice accent and dresses up the bag. The only thing I wish it had was a small grab handle on top. It’s the one thing I feel I keep reaching for but it’s not a deal breaker whatsoever. Love this bag."
"it is cute but I wish the chain strap were longer-like the medium Crosby lock crossbody bag. The chain strap length is perfect to wear on your shoulder on that bag. I bought this mini backpack thinking I would be able to wear it as a shoulder bag. I can, but it is somewhat short. It would also be great if MZ Wallace sold different length chain straps on their website similar to another brand. I bought the magnet color as I have too many black purses already and the denim was sold out here. It is a lovely color combined with the gold accents."
"I really wanted to give this 5 stars ⭐️. The size is perfect for my needs, which I love. However, I do wish the shoulder strap were longer or that it included an additional adjustable strap for crossbody wear. It also feels a bit heavier compared to the original material. Overall, it’s a great bag, but those improvements would make it even better. I even called customer service maybe they sell additional straps for purchase"
