Dear MZ Wallace friends and family,
In the 20 years since we first launched our brand, we’ve experienced many high points, our share of lows, and countless challenges in between. If we have learned anything, it is to count on the unexpected, but also on the strength and resilience of our community. Our thoughts are with our entire MZW community during this difficult time, from our neighbors in NYC, to our customers and partners worldwide.
We are doing everything we can to protect the health, safety and wellbeing of our MZ Wallace community, including our customers and our employees. We are taking extra precautions across our business, adhering to the guidance of the CDC, and closely monitoring the situation concerning COVID-19. This is an incredibly dynamic situation, and we will continue to communicate as our strategy adapts to the crisis.
Our stores in Soho and on the Upper East Side are temporarily closed, in order to help keep our community safe and support the efforts of the CDC to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
Please note, to allow for continued appropriate social distancing, our warehouse will be working with a reduced staff, and you may experience shipping delays over the following few weeks.
