Does MZ Wallace offer free shipping?

We offer free standard ground shipping on any order if you are an MZW Rewards Member in the continental US, Alaska and Hawaii, US Territories and Puerto Rico. 

Within the continental US, if you are not logged into your account, orders will be charged $10 for ground shipping. 

Orders generally ship the next business day. We do not guarantee an arrival date, but suggest allowing 5-7 business days for delivery.

What is MZ Wallace's return policy?

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will accept a return of unused merchandise in the original condition (including any original accessories, such as, straps, pouches and charms) within 21 days of the original delivery date. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment, including gift cards and first time purchaser coupons up to 7 business days of our warehouse receiving your return. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Online purchases can also be returned to our MZ Wallace retail stores.

Purchases made through authorized third party retailers such as department stores or specialty boutiques can only be returned or exchanged to that store and may not be returned to mzwallace.com or MZ Wallace retail stores.

How long is Standard Shipping?

Orders generally ship within 1-2 business days. We do not guarantee an arrival date, but suggest allowing 3-7 business days for delivery.

If shipping to the Mid West or West Coast, we suggest allowing 5-7 business days for delivery.

Do you offer express shipping?

Expedited US Shipping:We offer flat-rate shipping costs for all orders. Orders shipped via 2 Day incur a flat rate of $20. Orders shipped via Overnight incur a flat rate of $30.For 2 Day shipping, the shipping time is 2-3 business days.For Overnight shipping, the shipping time is 1-2 business days.Orders received before 12pm ET generally ship the same day; orders received after 12pm ET generally ship the following business day.

How much does shipping cost in the US?

How much is international shipping?

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on orders over $195 USD after all applicable discounts and before any tax and shipping charges are applied. Flat-rate standard and express options to our international destinations are also available. International shipping times will vary based on country and product selection.

When will I receive an email with shipping details and order confirmation?

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been processed and accepted by our warehouse. You will receive a second email with your tracking information once your item ships.

Orders of in-stock merchandise placed before the 12:00pm ET deadline will generally ship out within one business day. Due to high volume during the sale period, FedEx Ground and Home Delivery purchases can take up to 5 business days for the order to be processed and shipped.


Orders of in-stock merchandise placed with expedited shipping to US locations will be shipped within the same business day if received and authorized before 12:00pm ET. If you place the order after that time, the order will ship out the next business day excluding federal holidays or in the event the warehouse is closed.


Orders with pre-ordered merchandise will ship by the estimated ship date noted on the corresponding product page. If a pre-ordered item and an in-stock item were purchased on the same order, both items will ship together once the pre-ordered item is available.

How do I track my order?

Tracking numbers are assigned to packages upon shipping from our warehouse. You can find your tracking number in your shipment confirmation email, which will be sent to you at the end of business on the day your order ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update on the carrier’s website.

When will this item be available again?

Unfortunately, there is no official information on if/when it will be restocked. However, I will gladly inform our design team of your interest in having this product added back into our collection! I recommend keeping tuned to our email notifications and checking our website frequently, as we often send out notifications regarding new and restocked products.

What is MZ Wallace's repair policy?

With limited exceptions, MZ Wallace offers repair services for certain types of damage to your bag or wallet, including damage to seams and hardware resulting from normal wear and tear. Damages not covered include cosmetic damage (such as stained fabrics, scratched/worn leather, or non-seam tears) or damage resulting from abuse, subject to our discretion. Some damage is not repairable. At this time, MZ Wallace does not repair, refurbish or replace leather parts.


You may request our repair services via email at help@mzwallace.com. To determine eligibility for repair, valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt, and photos and a description of your damaged item are required. Only bags and wallets purchased directly from MZ Wallace, within the year are eligible for repairs. Currently, we are only able to accommodate repairs for customers living in the United States.


If you purchased a bag or wallet from MZ Wallace within the year (from the purchase date), please email help@mzwallace.com, along with valid proof of purchase, for further assistance.


If you purchased a bag or wallet from an authorized MZ Wallace retailer, we suggest contacting the original point of purchase for alternative options.


Unfortunately, we are unable to offer repair for items purchased outside of a year's time or from third party retailers.
