At first I considered the Small Sutton Deluxe, but I didn’t like how the bottom of that bag becomes misshapen when I put my Kindle in it. So glad I found the Crosby Hobo - it has a slim profile which I prefer, and holds its shape when I put my Kindle and all my things in it. Love the other straps that came with the bag, making it versatile for any outfit or occasion."

"I love this bag. But, one of the zippers was completely stuck and would not move when I received the bag. I had the idea of using Yeti zipper conditioner to see if it would help and it worked beautifully. I read several other zipper complaints on this bad in particular before I purchased and was a bit concerned. I’m glad there was an easy solution for me. This seems like it should be a relatively easy fix in the manufacturing process or just include zipper conditioner with each purchase."
