I had just purchased the bag and MZWallace made a offer of free gift with purchase of 250 or more! I called customer service and they would not give me the free gift even though I had just placed the order before the free gift! Online there were several people who were not happy because if the same situation! I felt MZWallace should have sent me the free gift! Not the greatest service in this situation!"
