"First time customer ordered this in Navy, it’s a perfect true Navy which was nice. The bag is lightweight, has plenty of pockets outside and inside which was great. I found more pockets inside the inner zipper pocket which was a nice surprise. My only complaint is the silver hardware feels cheap compared to other name brands I have, they feel like a plastic material not metal. For the price of these bags it should be top notch in my opinion. To adjust the crossbody strap it was a bit of a struggle not smooth. Hopefully they will read reviews and make improvements Otherwise nice bag!"
