RETURN POLICY It is very important to us that our customers have an easy and pleasant shopping experience, and that they are completely satisfied with their purchase. We are glad to issue a refund or exchange of merchandise returned within 10 business days of receipt. The merchandise must not show any signs of use including marks, scratches, or wear of any kind, and must include all accessories to ensure a full credit. We will not accept any used merchandise. In such cases the merchandise will be returned to the purchaser. All shipping damage claims must be made within three business days of receipt of goods. Returned items may be subject to a 5% restocking fee.
